Personalized Approach
Over the past three decades, we've built lasting relationships with the Southern Indiana community. Some of our proudest achievements involve our work with the Historical Society and local Churches. Fixing some of our areas most iconic buildings was not only a privilege but a testament to our ability to tackle any challenge. We typically finish four to five completely unique homes in a given year. We're focused on the individual customers and the individual details that make a home truly, stand out.

We work with licensed sub-contractors that we know will do the job right. Our personnel attend training each year and stay up to speed with modern building techniques, like building GREEN, energy-efficient homes. This means future cost-savings for our customers. Mark Werncke was the former President of the Southern Indiana Home Builders Association, and is a certified general contractor. His knowledge proceeds his commitment to quality, and is backed by our partners like PC Building Materials, and by former customers.

Many of you are probably familiar with the Dragon King's Daughter restaurant or the historic Scribner House renovations.
